30 Bible Verses About Using Your Gifts for God

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith.

There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.

And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry.

For the kingdom of heaven is like a man traveling to a far country, who called his own servants and delivered his goods to them. And to one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his own ability.

For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

He has filled them with skill to do all manner of work of the engraver and the designer and the embroiderer, in blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and of the weaver—those who do every work and those who design artistic works.

But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

A man’s gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works.

And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights.

By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before unknown men.

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.

I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.

God shaped you for a purpose and you can be fulfilled only as you are doing what you were made to do.

The greatest gift you can give someone is your time.
