Bathing in the Light of Compassion

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up those who are facing the end of their earthly journey. We ask for Your gentle touch to envelop the terminally ill, bringing them peace in their suffering. Surround them with Your love and grace, providing comfort in their pain and assurance in their doubts.

Grant strength to their families and caregivers, allowing them to reflect Your compassion and kindness. May they find solace in your eternal promises and be reminded that they are never alone, even in the darkest moments.

Help us to be instruments of Your peace, offering encouragement and hope. Fill our words and actions with Your love, so that we may bring joy and comfort to those who are weary in spirit.

We place our trust in You, Lord, knowing that beyond this life lies the promise of Your everlasting embrace. In Jesus’ name, we pray.

Amen.
