Strong Bible Verses for Opening Prayer at Sunday Service

Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

I am not sure that I ever had a prayer answered exactly the way I wanted it.

Prayer is the means by which we discover the will of God.
