Finding Peace Amidst Anxiety and Fear

Dear Heavenly Father,

In moments when anxiety overwhelms my heart and fear clouds my mind, I come before You seeking solace and strength. I lay down my worries, trusting in Your unfailing love and grace. Remind me that You are my refuge and fortress, a constant help in times of trouble.

Lord, I ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to wash over me. Calm the storms within and grant me clarity in the face of uncertainty. Surround me with Your presence and fill me with courage to confront what lies ahead.

Help me to remember Your promises and the countless times You have delivered me from fear. Guide my thoughts toward hope and joy, as I place my trust in You. May Your Spirit provide comfort and assurance that I am never alone in my struggles.

As I face each day, teach me to surrender my anxieties into Your hands, and let Your perfect love drive out all fear. Strengthen my faith, that I might walk boldly, knowing You are with me every step of the way.

I pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
