Celebrating Life with Gratitude
Dear Heavenly Father,
On this special day of my birthday, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude. Thank You for the gift of life and the blessings You have bestowed upon me throughout the years. As I reflect on another year, I am reminded of Psalm 118:24, which says, “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” I rejoice in Your faithfulness and mercy that have carried me through.
Thank You for the love and support of family and friends, as shown in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, for we are better together. I cherish the moments shared and memories created. Help me to continue to spread kindness and love to those around me.
I also think of Philippians 1:3, which states, “I thank my God every time I remember you.” I lift up in prayer all those who have touched my life and made it richer. May I always appreciate the relationships that You have blessed me with.
As I move forward into this new year, I ask for Your guidance and wisdom, as in James 1:5, where I can confidently seek and receive. May I walk in Your purpose and fulfill the plans You have for me, outlined in Jeremiah 29:11.
Thank You, Lord, for the beautiful journey of life, for the lessons learned, and for the endless opportunities to grow in faith and love. May my heart stay focused on You and Your word, embracing each moment with joy and thanksgiving.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
